Time management of your day- Eat, Sleep, enjoy!

Hello All.I would like to shed light on one of the most talked about aspect of human life- time management of my day, OR solution to this excuse- "I dont have time for xyz.".

I dont want to impart lengthy gyaan or lecture notes on  this, but instead will start with the key to this problem. You know what - " the key is very simple" you all will think. Here you go-- the Key is " Wake up at Dawn everyday". That says all about your time management.
I am presenting simple to understand points classified in 3 major categories on managing the 24 hour of kitty a human get daily in his life's account :

1)  Sleep cycles - To wake up early at Dawn (4:00- 5:00 AM) , you have to sleep by 9-10 AM. Yes, in between what you do, how you do, circumstances, situations, make a strict routine of sleeping by 9 or 9:30. Be at bed by 9:00 & start habit of reading a book daily, this is the best time for reading. I am sure, you will get sleep in 30 mins max, post starting of book reading. Another effective thing you can do is try a 10 min relaxation & Meditation. I will publish about effective relaxation and meditation technique in my upcoming post.Put an alarm for 4:30 AM, after a week you wont need an alarm, your body biological clock will wake you up.Think how much time you have in morning from 4:30 to 7:30 (assuming you will be at your workplace by 8:00). You can complete meditation, exercise, walk, cleaning your body, Water sipping, breakfast, newspaper reading etc. in this time frame comfortably.

2) Eating - Everyone know this, but again I am reiterating that the best & most efficient timings. Breakfast- 7:00-8:30 AM, Lunch - 12:00- 1:00 PM, Dinner- 6:30-7:30 PM.

3) Scheduling - Your office schedule should not overlap after 6:00 PM.In addition to office, all other tasks should be given a fixed period of time in a day, remember you have a "tomorrow" to complete .

Drinking water- ways,timings,style

Thousands have lived without love, but none without water- W.H. Auden.
As well know Water is one of the most important substance on our Mother Earth. This divine chemical solution is very crucial for our species- Humans. However, people mostly neglect the various aspects of water which constitutes more than 70% of Human body,as it constitutes more than 70% of planet Earth.I will start with simple bullet points in order to enlighten the 3 aspects of water in our day to day life.

1) Ways - If you hold the glass in hand, look for place to sit. Seriously, the biggest mistake we do is drink water in standing posture. The Guru mantra of not having pain, arthritis , knee related problems is - just sit while drinking water.NEVER drink water while standing.

2) Timings - Now this is a topic of confusion for the masses. Its simple - Start your day with a glass of lukewarm water (you can add lemon, honey to make it less boring and it also helps in having an alkaline ecosystem in your gut). Water should be the first food/beverage to be taken inside the human body after waking up in the morning. Now if I divide a day into 3 parts - morning, afternoon & evening, your water intake should be proportionally reduce as the day progresses.Drink as much water as you can before 1 PM. Drink moderately between 1 - 6PM (or till sunset), drink least between sunset till whole night. Now, the best practice during meals is - drink water at-least 30 Min's before the meal, strictly after 1 hour 15 Min's, post meal & if you need to drink while eating, take no more than a sip or two, in case food stuck in throat or esophagus.

3) Style - You will be surprised, Why I am calling it a style-- Have you seen nature's way of drinking water- Observe livestock, birds, dogs, cats, and even lions, they all drink water by licking it or sipping it, not gulping. Throw that habit right away! if you are gulping a glass of water in a shot, you are doing damage unknowingly to your body. Best way is to take small sips , chew your water ( :)- that's true), enjoy it & take it inside. You should be taking 3-5 Min's to drink a glass of water.

There is lot more I can write on this, but I have to tried to brief this important topic in a crisp manner as of now.

More to come, Stay tuned for more posts.HAVE a nice Watering !😊
